Remember this shocking bodycam footage from Baltimore, Maryland shows Officer Robert A. Parks of the Baltimore Police Department chasing a bystander in his police cruiser, driving onto sidewalks, plowing through fences, and nearly hitting the man multiple times? Thankfully, the individual was able to evade the vehicle and avoid serious injury. As a result of this incident, Parks was suspended without pay and later indicted on multiple charges, including: attempted murder in the second degree, assault in the first and second degrees, reckless driving, misconduct in office.
