Son of US couple who narrowly escaped Nepal flood: ‘Grateful for the miracle’

The son of an American couple who survived the devastating floods in Nepal is preparing to reunite with his parents. Looking ahead to the reunion, his mother told CNN, “I’m going to hug them and cry because I am an emotional mama.” Her son, Vikram Ravi, reflected on the harrowing ordeal, telling Brianna Keilar, “I’m just thankful that I was able to hear her tell me that she’s okay, rather than having to go look for her.”
