As Israel marks two years since the October 7 attacks, Gaza ceasefire talks underway

Israelis are today commemorating two years since Hamas’ October 7 attacks on their country. Around 1,200 people were killed in the attacks, with 250 others taken hostage, sparking the ensuing war in Gaza that has killed more than 67,000 Palestinians.
